Linzhi City in Xizang, China has made overall arrangements for two types of bases: commercial fish breeding and ecological restoration breeding. It now has 9 large-scale cold-water fish breeding bases with a breeding water area of 141 mu(about 94000 m²). In the first half of this year, the city's total aquatic product output reached 197.04 tons, with sales revenue of 5.5662 million yuan. Meanwhile, 2.698 million plateau-endemic fish were released into key waters across the city.
