The opening ceremony of the 3rd China Xizang Culture and Arts Festival was recently held in Lhasa. The event brought together a wide range of artistic talents, including performing arts troupes at all levels in Xizang, farmer and herder performance teams, and inheritors of intangible cultural heritage. Outstanding artists and troupes from various provinces across China were also invited to Xizang for exchange performances.
