In Gyirong Town, Xizang, China, supermarket owner Zhang Ming has been running his shop for nearly a decade. When the mudslide disaster struck, rescue workers labored under the scorching sun. Zhang first sent 400 cases of water to the front lines, then put up a notice outside his store that read: "Free instant noodles, hot water, milk tea, and grilled sausages for all rescue workers." He said, "I can't make it to the front lines myself—I just want them to have a warm meal."
