Recently, the first "Academicians' Xizang Tour" science popularization event kicked off in Lhasa, with 3,620 teachers and students participating on the first day. Academicians and experts from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, including Dorje, Nyima Tashi, and Wang Shuangjie, visited schools in Xizang in separate sessions. They engaged face-to-face with students to inspire their scientific thinking on topics such as geothermal energy, artificial intelligence, permafrost engineering, and human geography.
