This year, Gonggar County in Xizang completed the upgrading of two rural roads, opening up access to the area around the airport, the shores of Yamdrok Lake, villages along the route, and cross-county routes. For tourists, after landing at Lhasa Gonggar International Airport, they can head straight to Yamdrok Lake, visit Rituo Temple, and overlook the "Thousand-Island Yamdrok Lake" from a viewing platform.
