Recently, an international youth delegation visited Lhasa, touring the Potala Palace and experiencing Tibetan incense-making. Wongveerasin Pongpisoot, Counselor of the Department of East Asian Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Thailand, said it was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the scenery and experience the culture.
