The film received a nomination for Best Anthropological Feature-Length Documentary at the 2026 Giuseppe Sebesta International Anthropology Film Festival in Italy; won the Jury Grand Prize at the 5th Hong Kong Bauhinia International Film Festival, along with nominations for Best Film and Best Documentary; received a Best Documentary nomination at the 14th Vancouver Chinese Film Festival in Canada; and was selected for the Best Documentary category at the UK's FOLKESTONE Film Festival and for the 16th International Online Film Festival.
