The 43rd Yarlung Commodity Fair was held from December 1 to 7 in Nedong District, Shannan City, southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region. As the most influential comprehensive economic and trade event in Shannan City, the fair integrates material trade, cultural exchanges, and the display of characteristic products.

In addition to merchants from 12 counties (district) of Shannan City, there are also merchants from Lhasa, Nyingchi and other cities as well as Nepal this year, with a total of 4,850 merchants taking part in. The trading commodities include clothing, agricultural products, meat, ethnic handicrafts, automobiles, etc., with a total value of 732 million yuan RMB, and the first day's trading volume reached 85.4501 million yuan RMB.

Shannan City has allocated a special fund of 7 million yuan RMB to distribute commodity consumption vouchers at this year's fair, so as to further expand domestic demand, stimulate growth momentum, and promote the city's consumption recovery and economic growth.

In addition, compared to previous years, a live broadcast base has been built at the fair. According to statistics, as of 18:00 on December 1, the online live broadcast team has had 2,861 orders of goods, with a transaction amount of 2.9625 million yuan RMB; 1,615 consumption vouchers worth 117,900 yuan RMB have been used, stimulating consumption of 1.6978 million yuan RMB; more than 100,000 yuan RMB logistics subsidy funds have been used to deliver over 300 orders of goods for consumers outside the Xizang, which has been praised by the consumers.
