During the 14th Five-Year Plan, Xizang upgraded 3,432 kilometers of main highways and improved 6,595 kilometers of rural roads. The total road mileage is expected to reach 125,200 kilometers, with road accessibility rates reaching 100% for towns and 92.48% for administrative villages.
