According to the Education Department of Tibet Autonomous Region, there are 15994 full-time regular college graduates in 2015 in Tibet. Among which, there are 583 postgraduates, 9320 undergraduates and 6091 junior college students. To ensure that college graduates find jobs, relevant departments in Tibet pay great attention to the employment work of college graduates. Employment service safeguard mechanism is improved continuously, supporting policies are made, employment channels are broadened and employment areas are expanded.

According to the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Tibet Autonomous Region, this year, college graduates' employment channels mainly include: 195 teachers' posts for tuition-free normal graduates, 592 posts for students that comply with relevant regulations and arrangements, and 15207 posts which can get through agencies' and institutions' examinations, enterprise recruitments and self-employed.

This year, 10000 grass-roots civil servants, public institution staff and professionals will be recruited through public examinations and 200 "three supports and one assistance" posts will be provided to college graduates. The Tibet Youth League Committee will recruit 200 "western plan" volunteers and the political-legal organs will enroll 300 graduates. By holding special job fairs, human resources meetings and network recruitments, college graduates are encouraged to work in enterprises in and outside Tibet.

In addition, Tibet will provide more supports in terms of funds, projects, techniques, trainings and so on for graduates' innovative undertakings. Some policies including tax reduction and exemption, soft loan, training subsidy will be implemented. Services such as policy consultation, project development, business registration, employment guidance, small-sum guaranteed loan, etc. will be provided. The operation method of small-sum guaranteed loan will be carried out in time to help graduates solve financing problems, and pioneer park and base will be constructed to provide entrepreneur services for college graduates.
