Since September of 2014, Chongye County, Shannan of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, carried out the activity of driving mobile library to schools, districts and villages, taking full advantages of the mobile library. Until now, Chongye County's mobile library has held 23 public service activities including borrowing and returning of books and counseling. There are more than a thousand people attending activities of mobile library.
