On January 10, the large-scale job fair for college graduates was held in the Lhasa Mass Culture and Sports Center, which was the first of its kind in 2018.
More than 7000 posts, involving management, planning, marketing, finance, machinery, network, human resources, health, engineering and so on, were offered by over 300 central enterprises, central-government-managing enterprises and private enterprises. The fit degree between posts and majors can reach 80%. The major requirements mainly centered on bachelor degree, while some posts accepted junior college degree.
Thousands of college graduates shuttled around the job fair with their resumes and certificates. Recruitment windows of state-owned enterprises were full of people. Expected salary and the number of jobs were principal factors affecting graduates' chooses.
By 5 p.m., more than 8,000 college graduates participated in the job fair and over 7700 people registered on site.
