Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, Tibetan classes (schools) outside Tibet have achieved remarkable results in running schools, forming a pattern of training talents outside Tibet, including junior high school, senior high school, secondary vocational education, junior college, undergraduate and postgraduate education. Running schools outside Tibet has become an important base for talent training in Tibet.
