In order to strengthen the construction of grassroots organizations, develop collective economy, and increase incomes of local poor households, in 2016, the Drikung Xuan Dance Happy Duixie Culture and Art Cooperative of Maizhokunggar County was established. The cooperative covers a floor area of over 2000 square meters and it is mainly engaged in Tibetan incense processing, national costume, handicrafts, artistic performance and so on. Besides, it leads 160 local people to get employed, among which, 42 people in 39 households are poverty-stricken families.
