In recent years, Lhasa City has regarded the development of facility agriculture as an important direction to promote the structural reform of agricultural supply side and the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization. By the end of 2017, there are 72,000 mu of vegetables and 17 facility agricultural bases in Lhasa. The vegetable production reaches 300,000 tons.
