Tibet is an important cultural protection area with Chinese characteristics. Tibetan culture is an important part of Chinese culture and the common spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation. For a long time, the traditional plateau cultural industry has been well known for its long history, unique ethnic style and ingenious cultural products. It has exerted a profound influence on the life of Tibetan people and the development of Tibet's modernization, enriched the diversified and integrated culture of the Chinese nation, and affected the world culture.

In recent years, especially since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the party committee and government of Tibet Autonomous Region have implemented a series of important instructions on promoting socialist cultural prosperity made by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee. In addition, Tibet has carried out a number of key projects to support cultural industries with distinctive features and to protect important cultural relics, and strengthened the inheritance and protection work of intangible cultural heritages such as Tibetan opera, King Gesar Epic, traditional festivals and so on. At the same time, through setting up various platforms such as the "China Tibet Tourism and Culture Expo", more and more people can feel the charm of traditional Tibetan culture, and the "cultural brand" with plateau characteristics is successfully created.

To make the traditional Tibetan culture prosperous, it is necessary to uphold the concept of openness and sharing, and enhance the strength of the traditional culture industry with modern marketing strategies. Cultural content and forms of expression with Tibetan characteristics would be actively created, and high-quality goods reflecting the traditional Tibetan cultural elements and recognized by the domestic and foreign markets would be produced. While improving market operation, it is necessary to further strengthen government guidance, support cultural enterprises to establish broad, practical, effective and flexible channels for cultural trade, and pay attention to the cultivation of high-level marketing talents, so as to encourage more people to recognize and love traditional Tibetan culture.
