On the morning of January 21, 2021, delegates to the 4th Session of the 11th People's Congress of Tibet Autonomous Region continued their deliberation on the government work report.

On the afternoon of January 21, 2021, the 2nd plenary meeting of the 4th Session of the 11th People's Congress of Tibet Autonomous Region was held. At the meeting, deputies listened to the work report of Standing Committee of the People's Congress, Supreme People's Court and the People's Procuratorate of Tibet Autonomous Region.
