In 2016, Xiga Mamba Village, Chanag Township, Mainling County, Nyingchi City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, established the Tibetan Paper Crafts Farmers' Specialized Cooperative through government support and masses fund-raising. The cooperative is mainly engaged in Tibetan paper processing, Thangka, ink, Tibetan incense, woodcut and Tibetan paper crafts. These handicrafts are sold well in the region and other provinces, gaining good economic benefits and driving more than 30 villagers to achieve stable employment near home.
