Recently, 145 newly recruited cadres from Qamdo City, southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region set off to Chongqing, Tianjin, Fujian and other places for a six-month job shadowing, which was the first time that newly recruited cadres went to aid-Xizang provinces and cities for work training.
Most of the 145 cadres are the post-2000s generation, who have a broader perspective and are better at innovation and breakthroughs.
In recent years, Qamdo City has been engaged in selecting and dispatching cadres to study in provinces and areas outside Xizang to improve their work ability according to the job and business scope. To reduce the housing pressure, 11 central enterprises provide free accommodation for them, aid-Xizang provinces and cities actively seek suitable rental housing for them, and Qamdo City will provide a rental subsidy of 1,500 yuan RMB every month.
Next, Qamdo City will attempt to establish a regular and long-term mechanism based on the overall effect of this study to provide a stable source of talent for its prolonged stability and high-quality development.
