To encourage and support women's entrepreneurial development and show the entrepreneurial spirit of women in the new era, a survey was conducted recently in Dagar Town, Chushur County of Lhasa city to investigate the actual situation of women who are willing to start their own businesses.

The Office of Women's Work of Dagar Town, together with the office of agriculture and animal husbandry, carried out field research in 8 groups of women's chicken breeding cooperatives in Dagar Village. The staff listened to the specific situation of the cooperatives in detail, understood its time of establishment, operation mode and scale, inquired about its future development, and guided the breeding technology.

In recent years, the party committee and government of Dagar Town have always paid high attention to women's entrepreneurship work, discussed and studied the issues of women's difficulty in starting businesses and start-up funds, and asked the Women's Federation to provide assistance within their capacity in terms of funds and technology, so as to stimulate their working initiative and promote the overall development of women's work.
