On Nov. 21, the open tax service hall of Nagqu IRS (Internal Revenue Service) was officially put into operation. This is the first kind of this open tax service hall in Tibet.
Tashi Phuntsok, director of Nagqu IRS, introduced, “the original integrated platform is removed and zero-distance services are provided to taxpayers. Function areas such as printing, form-filling and waiting are set up. In addition, service personnel and seating capacity are increased at the same time.” Taxpayers can enter the open tax service hall directly, further reducing the distance between tax authorities and taxpayers, and building a harmonious relationship between tax collecting and paying.
This innovation measure is well received by taxpayers. When managing tax, taxpayers are treated like customers with respect.
