To promote the development of non-profit cultural undertakings, build a cultural volunteer team with strong service awareness, service ability and service level, provide wide public cultural services, and meet people's spiritual and cultural needs, Tibet Library recruits cultural volunteers from colleges and universities.

Volunteers must be eligible students that comply with state laws and regulations, are enthusiastic about public welfare and cultural career, and are voluntary to contribute to Tibet’s cultural career. The service content includes propaganda and promotion of public cultural service, the arrangement, explanation, and guidance of public exhibition, public cultural lecture, training and mentoring, the participation of nation-wide reading activity, relevant auxiliary activity, and other public cultural services.

It is said that 5 cultural volunteers are needed by Tibet Library. Eligible students must fill in the application form and register with ID certification copy and two one-inch color photos within limit time. After examination and approval, they will formally become volunteers and take part in all kinds of cultural voluntary activities.
