According to an experts’ explanation, the four ”big footprints” discovered in Chamdo City of China’s southwest Tibet Autonomous Region is in fact relics of palaeovertebrates of JurassicPeriod150 million years ago.
Left on a cliff along national road 214 and 20 km from center of the city, those footprints are discovered at the time when building the road from capital town of Chamdo to Bangda Airport. Local Buddhists believe that they are footprints of mountain gods and grant hadas to worship.
