In recent years, Chengguan District, Lhasa City, Tibet Autonomous Region has been comprehensively promoting the construction of public cultural service with the aim of meeting the cultural need of grass-root masses. Book rooms are built in 52 villages (communities), which provides a studying platform for the masses.
